Harry England spends the spring semester at the University of Cape Town. In a message to Prof. Moréteau, he wrote:
“I hope this message finds you well. The University of Cape Town is treating me beautifully so far. I am all settled in and am enjoying very much the course work. In fact, I met with Prof. Mancuso this morning and we had a nice chat. He was very helpful. Please let me know how I can contribute to any Comparative/International Law related activities that you may have going on. (…)
