LL.M. and International Law Society Social Event

On Sunday, October 13, more than twenty LL.M. candidates and J.D./D.C.L. students had a chance to meet and converse in multiple languages at a jambalaya party hosted at Ms. Marie-Antoinette and Prof. Olivier Moréteau’s home in Baton Rouge, with the assistance of the International Law Society. Also in attendance: Prof. Paul Baier, who teaches a substantial part of the LLM orientation; Prof. Katherine Macfarlane with her husband Tom, and Prof. Michael Coenen, new additions to the faculty. Yovanna Vargas (from Peru) and Flavia Moody (from Brazil), LL.M. class of 2012, celebrated their new membership in the Louisiana Bar. Natalia Rocha (from Brazil, LL.M. 2012) and her husband Michael Dickson, J.D./D.C.L. 2013) were also present.
