  • Ginger Berrigan Award: Judge Ginger Berrigan is an LSU Law alumni who went on to become the Chief Justice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Throughout her time at LSU Law and her career, she went above and beyond to contribute to the mission of PILS at LSU Law throughout the year. This “worker bee” award goes to someone who very involved and goes above and beyond to help PILS.

  • LSBA Law Student Pro Bono Award: This award recognizes a law student who has demonstrated a dedication to providing legal services to the poor. One award may be given at each of the four Louisiana Law Schools.

  • Pro Bono Service: You can receive a notation for graduation if you record 50 or more hours of pro bono service contributed during your law school career here.
