Visiting Students
The Summer in Lyon Program is open to all U.S. students that have completed one year of law school, as well as students from foreign law schools with comparable credentials. Two or three students from other law schools participated in recent years, but there is no maximum number.
Students from other law schools wishing to participate in the program must first apply through the Office of Admissions. You will find the application along with other admissions information here. On the application, please indicate that you are applying as a summer only student for the Lyon program.
Please send applications to:
LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center
Office of Admissions and Student Records

Once admitted, visiting students will be given a PAWS account and will register like any other LSU Law student. Please see this tutorial on how to schedule classes online via PAWS.
Visiting students should inquire with their law schools as to their specific policies for transferring credits from the program. In particular, students should verify the conditions for accepting course credit from the program and the amount of credit allowed.
Lyon Students
Université Jean Moulin students are welcome to attend the program free of charge, provided they have already completed the Licence en droit and have a good command of the English language. They may chose to attend all classes they wish and will be issued a certificate of attendance. Participation in the program is subject to LSU Law prior approval and compliance with rules regarding class attendance: please contact Prof. Olivier Moréteau at moreteau@lsu.edu, before the end of May.
