Program Cancellation
After a two-year suspension, the 2022 session was the LSU Law Center’s 35th summer in France and its sixteenth in Lyon. While we hope to avoid cancelling the program in the future, we reserve the right to do so in the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including for the health, safety, and welfare of our students. Although we have never done so, we also reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than five students register for it, or for other reasons beyond our control. In such a case, the affected students will be notified promptly and, if possible, a substitute course will be offered.
