Climate change poses a grave threat to humankind and the environment. The Climate Change Law and Policy Project focuses on the unique risks faced by Southern Louisiana and the Mississippi Delta. The Project provides impartial analysis of adaptation strategies and guidance for policy makers. It is produced by Professor Edward Richards – richards@lsu.edu
