BLSA Members Profile…William Wratee

William Wratee is a native of Kingstree, South Carolina and second year law student at LSU Law. He received his undergraduate education from the University of South Carolina. There he earned a Bachelors of Art in English Literature and Language with a Cognate in Military Science.  Upon graduation he was commissioned as a officer in the United States Army and he currently holds the rank of Captain in the United States Army Reserve. While at LSU Law William has competed in the NBLSA Frederick Douglas Moot Court Competition, externed at the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs and the Southeast Lousiana Legal Services. William is also a proud and active member of LSU BLSA.  After completing his legal studies William plans to sit for the South Carolina Bar and begin the practice of law.
